Participate at the webinar and learn more about the BundleUP project, supporting Portugal’s public sector find investment for their energy efficiency project by bundling several projects together.

The 26 April 2021 from 10:00 to 12:30 Brussels time

The BundleUP project, also known as Ponto Energia, has been aiming to create a best practice in Portugal by implementing a pipeline of energy-efficiency based investments. Emphasising the public sector by bundling small to medium-sized projects, BundleUP has provided tools to stimulate their investment readiness and investor interests. In order to achieve this goal, the project has harmonized procurement documentation on energy efficiency and explored new ways for funding energy efficiency.

During four years, BundleUP has helped fund 47 projects worth over EUR 34 million. The project has not only had a considerable impact on energy waste reduction, enabling savings of about 14,221 tons of CO2/year, by cutting energy waste by 35.2 GWh/year, it also increased solar energy production by installing 2.8 MW of PV that has an annual green energy production of 4.2 GWh.

This event will be the opportunity to share with a European wide audiance the project implementation process, the project’s final conclusions and model to be transfered to other European stakeholders.
