Over the past four years, the REGILIENCE project has strengthened regional climate resilience by supporting focus regions, sharing practical knowledge, and coordinating with sister projects under the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change framework. Building on this foundation, REGILIENCE+ aims to go further by harvesting proven solutions, updating existing inventories, and mainstreaming these tools and resources on key platforms, while developing communication products that facilitate knowledge sharing and coordinated action across Europe.
