Alliances and partnerships along the renovation value chain
About the Event
Alliances and partnerships along the supply chain are key to successful renovation and One-Stop Shops’ operation. If you are struggling with building alliances for your OSS, this event is made for you!
Don’t miss the upcoming event “Alliances and partnerships along the renovation value chain“, 5th module of the EU Peers‘ Learning Lab, consisting of 2 sessions.
EU Peers – the European Community of One-Stop Shops (OSS) for home renovation – has designed an advanced capacity building programme, the Learning Lab, for OSS seeking to boost their activities and enter new segments of the renovation market.
đź’ˇ What is the module about?
Addressed to OSS for home renovation / Integrated Home Renovation Services’ providers, the module will focus on how to align the many actors in home renovation and allow homeowners to experience a smooth, high-quality journey from first contact to completed works.
Each session combines a short input with an interactive workshop where participating OSS can apply the concepts to their own context and exchange with peers facing similar challenges. The lens will be kept on the homeowner journey while making roles, responsibilities, and handovers clear across the value chain.
📆 When and how?
This module consists of two online webinars:
- January 28th 10:00-11:30 (CET) – Understanding the renovation value chain. Get a clear, shared map of the European renovation ecosystem: who the stakeholders are, how they interact, their leverage and business models, and how they influence each other. This will be translated into the homeowner journey to spot friction points and opportunities in OSS’s own setting. Interactive segment: sketch your local value chain and identify priority handovers to fix.
- January 30th 10:00-11:30 (CET) – Collaboration between stakeholders. Explore practical ways to formalise collaboration: contracting approaches, procurement options, service-level agreements, and simple coordination tools. We’ll walk through two real case studies and extract what’s transferable. Furthermore, through a workshop you will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to your own case.
This course is free of charge, and participants will get a certificate of participation when attending both sessions.
The capacity building programme is exclusive to EU Peers members! Registration is free of charge and comes with tons of benefits! Find out more here: Member Benefits
