About the Event

Empowering Condominium Energy Renovations: Join the EU Peers Transnational WINTER Meeting

Energy renovations in condominiums present unique challenges for One-Stop Shops (OSS). Fragmented ownership, complex decision-making processes, and diverse stakeholders often create barriers to effective, large-scale renovations. To address these issues, EU Peers, in collaboration with the LIFE co-funded project CondoReno, is hosting a dedicated Transnational WINTER Webinar focused on practical solutions and lessons learned from real-life case studies.

Why This Event Matters

Condominium renovations are a critical piece of Europe’s energy transition puzzle. Yet, the complexity of coordinating multiple owners, navigating legal frameworks, and aligning incentives can stymie progress. This webinar aims to equip OSS professionals with actionable insights to overcome these hurdles, drawing from eight real-life case studies in Flanders and the Netherlands.

What to Expect

The event will feature Erwin Mlecnik and Ragy Elgendy from TU Delft, who will present:

  • Four OSS models (both public and private) and their effectiveness in condominium renovations.
  • Key lessons learned from successful—and challenging—renovation projects.
  • Practical strategies for engaging stakeholders, streamlining decision-making, and securing buy-in.

Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in breakout discussions, ask questions, and reflect on how these insights can be applied to their own OSS practices across Europe.
