One-Stop Shops (OSS) are at the forefront of tackling Europe’s major climate challenges in the realm of heating and renovation works. While numerous OSS have started to facilitate tackling the the issue of energy poverty and have reached major successes, one question remains: How to engage with low-income first time buyers? Given that the green transition aims to be not just sustainable but inclusive, it is imperative to engage people in energy poverty.
