Bringing energy agencies and the European Space Agency together to unlock the potential of satellite data.
Fortunately for you, the recordings and slides are available in our webinars section.
The European Space Agency (ESA) provides unparalleled access to satellite-based Earth Observation data, particularly in the fields of energy and climate, where offers extraordinary opportunities to advance the energy transition. From renewable energy resource mapping and infrastructure monitoring to climate adaptation planning and real-time environmental insights, the potential applications are both vast and transformative.
At the same time, energy agencies are increasingly in need of high-quality data to develop robust scenarios, craft impactful strategies, and implement projects aligned with Europe’s ambitious energy and climate targets. Space observation data is uniquely positioned to address key challenges, such as optimising renewable energy deployment, improving energy efficiency, and strengthening energy system resilience.
To explore these opportunities, FEDARENE is excited to announce an online workshop bringing together Energy Agencies and the European Space Agency. This interactive event will focus on fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and identifying synergies to leverage satellite data in advancing the energy transition.
