CROSS: Accelerating Public Building Renovations in Croatia

Marko Zlonoga (REGEA) unveiled the “Croatian One‑Stop‑Shop” (CROSS), which will streamline feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement and cost‑effective deep‑renovation guidelines for 88 Croatian local authorities. With a target of triggering €66.7 million in investments and completing studies on 100 public buildings, CROSS promises to revitalise public infrastructure and boost climate resilience throughout Croatia.

DeliveREE: Decarbonisation‑First in Dublin

Joe Hayden (CODEMA) presented DeliveREE, Dublin’s pioneering OSS Project Implementation Unit. By prioritising CO₂ reductions through a “decarbonisation‑first” strategy and bundling projects into tailored frameworks for large complexes and smaller buildings, DeliveREE has already established two procurement frameworks covering around 40 public buildings. This scalable model is set to redefine public‑sector retrofits across Ireland.

FACILITA: Three Regional OSS Pilots in Spain

Leticia Ortega (IVE) showcased FACILITA’s trio of OSS pilots in Extremadura (public), Madrid (private) and Valencia (hybrid). Early‑access deliverables on legal frameworks and financing schemes have sparked lively discussions on cross‑regional collaboration and best‑practice exchange.
