She designs, implements, and facilitates capacity-building programmes, supports the development of One-Stop Shops for public buildings and home renovation services, and helps European businesses adopt sustainable energy practices.
With expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication, she represents FEDARENE at conferences and contributes to policy consultations with EU institutions. Through her work, she strengthens interregional cooperation, facilitates knowledge exchange, and develops best practices that drive climate leadership at the local and regional levels.
