ESGC 2022 will cover the breadth of topics impacting the evolution of energy storage, with a focus on three main pillars: Policy, Market and Technology. Each day will be dedicated to one of these topics, driven by relevant stakeholders. The objective is to facilitate dialogue and information exchange among policymakers and industry leaders participating in the Conference.

About
The Energy Storage Global Conference (ESGC) offers a unique opportunity to industry, researchers and policymakers to exchange views on key issues faced by the energy storage sector. Representatives from around the world will gather for three days in Brussels, at Hotel Le Plaza, on 11 – 13 October 2022, to discuss regulatory and policy frameworks, the future storage market, and the latest developments in energy storage technologies. Through three main topics, ESGC 2022 will explore and demonstrate the extent to which energy storage can help avoid dependency on fossil fuels and help balance the electricity system.
Built on the foundations of four successful conferences organised since 2014, the three-day event, organised by the European Association for Storage of Energy (EASE), in collaboration the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, will gather over 500 top-level energy storage professionals, researchers, exhibitors, speakers, and policymakers, who will have the possibility to connect and interact in-person and online, throughout the whole conference.
