Our website and intranet are developed and kept up to date by Check First OY who has a consultation right. Our data are not shared with Check First OY and the company has a confidentiality agreement with Fedarene. Check First OY is also responsive of the security of our website and intranet.
Mailing lists are managed confidentially by the FEDARENE Brussels Office. This information is stored in a protected area of our Network Attached Storage. Under no circumstances do we share the stored data with third organisations, except if a competent authority demands it under the law or if we have your permission.
We use the online marketing platform SendinBlue to send our automated email campaigns. Please refer to their Privacy Policy and Terms if you want to find out how they process data as Service Provider.
In the case of its members, FEDARENE has access to usernames and passwords to access its intranet. Intranet access details are stored on WordPress only. We do not divulge any user details registered from the Website. However, we are not the author of this software, and are not responsible for any failures in the software to preserve subscriber anonymity.
In accordance with the article 7 of the GDPR, registering to FEDARENE’s newsletters requires an affirmative consent though an opt-in form accessible here. Subscribers to our e-mail list may terminate their subscriptions via a link at the bottom of each email sent from fedarene@fedarene.org.
If you are a subscriber to our intranet as a FEDARENE member, you can modify your profile by logging with your username and password. You can add, delete or modify information regarding your name, organisation, and contact details. Know that as a FEDARENE member, the information you choose to share with us on your profile will appear publicly on our website under the page “Members” (accessible via https://www.fedarene.org/members). You may update or delete your data and contact details at any time. You just need to login into WordPress and change your profile accordingly.
