It aims to make existing building decarbonization reliable and appealing for investors. StepUP pioneers a novel deep energy renovation process, minimizing performance gaps and optimizing investments through rapid design-to-operation feedback loops. The project also focuses on scaling up Plug&Play technologies to enhance energy efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user comfort.

smartEPC, a well-established method for large building renovations, is a cornerstone of success in the industry. Recognized for its robustness in designing and implementing Energy Performance Contracts (EPC), smartEPC has been integrated seamlessly with StepUP’s advanced processes and technologies. Developed in collaboration with esteemed partners, including the pioneering Energinvest, this integration addresses the complexities of performance-based deep renovation projects. It ensures efficiency, reliability, and impactful outcomes, marking a significant advancement in the field of energy-efficient building renovations.
