The Virtual Island Summit 2021

The Virtual Island Summit 2021, organised by Island Innovation, is an online event that aims to provide the same opportunities for interaction with participants and speakers as an offline conference.

The Summit will cover all 17 of the UN SDGs in addition to other topics pertinent to island communities. To enable a broad range of viewpoints, speakers and attendees from 100+ island communities including the Arctic, Caribbean, Europe, Indian Ocean, Pacific Islands, South America and beyond will be present at the event. 

The conference aims to facilitate cross-sector collaboration. It will emphasize the need for input and partnerships from across the private, public, academic and NGO sectors.

What is the Virtual Island Summit?
