Working Group

FEDARENE’s Renovation One-Stop Shops Working Group unites regions and energy agencies to strengthen the design, development, and operation of One-Stop Shops (OSS) for building renovation — ensuring local ownership, policy alignment, and tangible impact across Europe.

Objectives

Facilitate Exchange and Peer Learning

Create a platform for debate and knowledge-sharing among EU regions and energy agencies managing or planning One-Stop Shops.

Support EPBD implementation & National Renovation Plans

Connect with national hubs of One-Stop Shops, European Commission and other key stakeholders and policy-makers to advocate for the key role of regions and energy agencies as delivery agents of One-Stop Shops services.

Promote Integrated Regional Approaches

Highlight the territorial benefits of regionally managed One-Stop Shops that are embedded in broader development strategies and coordinated with local stakeholders.

Identify and Overcome Barriers

Address challenges to regional–local collaboration and propose solutions to improve the scalability, effectiveness, and sustainability of OSS models.

Develop project proposals

Foster consortia building and project proposal preparation for the setting up & enhancement of OSS services across European regions and cities.

Support Capacity Building

Help members achieve their energy efficiency and renovation goals through peer-to-peer learning activities, webinars, and the promotion of best practices.
