Energia Demo N°131 – Energy rehabilitation promoted by the local administration

The City Council of Santa Coloma de Gramenet has promoted a pilot test for the rehabilitation of 32 private housing buildings in the neighbourhood of Fondo Alt acting as coordinator of project management and site management and acting as a mediator between the neighbours (649 owners). The rehabilitation has focused on the renovation of the thermal envelope (facades, partitions and roofs) and the incorporation of thermal insulation in the facades.
