The 4th QualDeEPC newsletter is out!

QualDeEPC is on its home stretch. The project partners are concluding task by task, heading towards the final results of QualDeEPC. This 4th newsletter presents these results, making sure the audience catches up on the newest discussions and developments. The main result published in 2022 thus far include 2 reports on the 7 nationally adapted enhanced assessment and certification schemes and Deep Renovation Network Platform concepts. ­Both reports provide concrete adapted tools and policy recommendations based on the 7 priorities developed in the White Paper. In 2022, the project also published its Summary evaluation report presenting the results of testing the enhanced template form and renovation recommendations in 98 residential and non-residential buildings across the 7 countries represented in QualDeEPC. Also, new information materials are available:

• Draft summary on EU policy recommendations guide and
• Template for an enhanced and more user-friendly EPC form.

With the contribution and enthusiasm of the QualDeEPC partners and its sister projects, QualDeEPC has remained consistent in its progress in developing outputs and preparing events. Looking at the outreach throughout the course of QualDeEPC, we can only thank our readers, followers, and participants for their continuous support in this important field of discussion in the building sector.
