The project partners of RELaTED have been busy during the last few months, and this newsletter is proof of that. For starters, this November the RELaTED Project partners gathered in Helsinge (Denmark) to present the work and the advances done during the last six months in the frame of the 5th General Assembly of the project. Get a look at METRO THERM’s factory the partners visited and which is focused on the production of domestic hot water heat pumps, in particular the innovative micro booster heat pumps which are a part of the RELaTED project.
Moreover, the RELaTED concept was presented at several Conferences among which is the 50th International Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (HVAC&R) Congress and Exhibition (HVAC&R) in Belgrade, the 10th International Conference on Indoor Air Quality, Ventilation and Energy Conservation in Buildings (IAQVEC) and the 16th IBPSA Conference Building Simulation, both of which took place in Italy.
Workshops were on the agenda too! At IEA EBC on Energy Flexible Buildings the Low-temperature district heating concept proposed by RELaTED was presented.
Finally, you can check out the slides and recordings of the last two RELaTED project webinars. The first one was organised by FEDARENE in collaboration with the platform BUILD-UP where Jesús María Casado, a RELaTED project partner from EVE, spoke about the Identification of industrial waste heat sources suitable for heat recovery. The second webinar was organised by CHESS SETUP, a sister project of RELaTED, and it had Roberto Garay (the coordinator of RELaTED) as one of the speakers.
