On January 25th, 2021, the QualDeEPC consortium organised a workshop to discuss the propositions identified in the Green Paper on Good Practice in EPC Assessment, Certification, and Use. Following this and a series of national workshops with national stakeholders, the project partners analysed the feedback received, added the results of the first pilot buildings, and published their conclusions in the White Paper on good practice in EPC assessment, certification, and use.
This White paper provides detailed analyses, policy proposals and descriptions of tools on the seven areas that the QualDeEPC project has identified as its priorities for the development of enhanced EPC schemes:

The suggested improvements on EPC schemes available in the White Paper are the basis for the country-specific adaptation, discussion, and to the extent possible, implementation of the developed policy proposals.
