The 10th edition of the Construction21 Green Solutions Awards has unveiled an impressive lineup of 200 sustainable buildings, districts, and infrastructures from 26 countries, setting new benchmarks for sustainability in the built environment. These projects showcase real-world, replicable solutions driving the transition towards a low-carbon future—and now, it’s time for you to decide which ones deserve the spotlight.
The Green Solutions Awards are more than just a competition; they serve as a powerful tool for identifying, promoting, and disseminating exemplary sustainable projects on a global scale. The initiative provides a unique opportunity to highlight best practices, offering inspiration to policymakers, industry professionals, and local authorities striving for climate-neutral urban development.
This year’s competition features projects from 26 diverse countries, including Belgium, China, France, Morocco, and Spain, alongside newcomers such as Andorra, Canada, Colombia, Finland, Gabon, India, Indonesia, Mauritania, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Mali, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Luxembourg, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. Brazil has also joined just in time for COP30, where the international ceremony will take place in Belém.
This year’s Green Solutions Awards is divided into three categories:
🏗 Sustainable Buildings – Innovative, low-carbon structures setting new efficiency standards.
🏙 Sustainable Districts – Large-scale urban projects promoting sustainability at the community level.
🔌 Sustainable Infrastructures – Solutions advancing mobility, energy networks, water treatment, and more.
Until 10 April 2025, at noon (Paris time), the public can vote for their favourite projects. The top-voted projects in each category—buildings, districts, and infrastructures—will earn a national title and a chance to compete on the international stage.
