Mayors of the Covenant-Europe are joining the Cities Energy Saving Sprint campaign and taking urgent measures to save energy and help the most vulnerable.

The Cities Energy Saving Sprint is a joint initiative of the European Commission, the Covenant of Mayors – Europe and the European Committee of the Regions to encourage cities to take measures that will immediately reduce their energy consumption. It is part of the REPowerEU plan to increase energy savings to face winter, find out more!
As part of this campaign, the Deputy Mayor of Lyon in France, Sylvain Godinot, guides us through the energy sufficiency plan that the municipality is implementing, aiming to reduce their consumption by 10% in one year.
