Biography
Raúl GARCÍA BRINK is the Councillor for Environment, Climate, Energy, and Knowledge of Cabildo de Gran Canaria since 2023.
He is also Vice-President of the Insular Energy Council and Co-director of the University Expert Program in Circular Economy for Isolated Territories at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
