Sustainable Planning and Resilience Knowledge Learning Environment

How can local and regional authorities turn their climate ambitions into concrete action? To help answer this question, the SPARKLE project has developed three free online courses designed to strengthen the knowledge and capacities of local and regional authorities (LRAs) in planning and implementing their clean energy transition.

Available free of charge through the Local Transitions Learning Centre, the three courses cover complementary aspects of the transition, from integrated planning and data use to the collaborative processes needed to deliver transformative change.
