Energy Communities Facility

The ENERCOM Facility (funded by the LIFE Programme) will provide tailor-made, rapid, and simplified financial support (in the form of lump sums) and related services to a large number of emerging energy communities in the European Union, Iceland, and Ukraine, enabling them to develop business plans.

To maximize the outreach and impact of the ENERCOM Facility and ensure the effectiveness of its actions, it will rely on a network of national experts who will bridge EU-level initiatives with grassroots efforts. This network of national experts will amplify key messages to their respective energy communities and provide first-line support throughout the programme.

Most of the experts are already identified but we are looking ton recruit experts from these 3 countries : Latvia, Ukraine & Iceland.

Call’s specifications

Offers can be submitted by legal or natural persons, proving long-lasting experience and technical and financial capacities to deliver the services object of this Call.

The call for National Experts is open in the following countries, please click on the name of the country to access the call documents. One national expert (individual or organisation) will be recruited per country.

For each EU Member State, as well as Iceland and Ukraine, the consortium will appoint a National Expert. These experts will assist communities in their ‘ENERCOM FACILITY journey’ and support the Core Management Team in ensuring smooth operations and monitoring. National Experts will be selected based on their proven technical and financial expertise, work experience in energy and climate investments at the local level, existing relationships with communities, and best value for money.

Applications shall include all the documents listed in the chapters below “National Experts’ application process. Applications missing or with incomplete documents won’t be considered in the evaluation. Applications received after the deadline won’t be considered in the evaluation.
