One-Stop-Shops for renovation, good practices and challenges
About the Event
Take part in the first session of the SPARKLE Peer-to-peer Programme
Behind successful renovations are people, practical solutions and lessons learned along the way. One-Stop-Shops (OSS) bring these elements together, helping apartment owners turn renovation plans into reality.
On 24 November 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 CET, the SPARKLE Peer-to-Peer Programme will explore how these services work in practice, bringing together One-Stop-Shops to share good practices, experiences and challenges.
Amiestas: an inspiring example from Vilnius
The session will feature Amiestas, showcasing its experience supporting the renovation of multi-apartment buildings in Vilnius, Lithuania. From initial discussions and funding applications to the implementation of renovation works, Amiestas helps apartment owners navigate the process and make their buildings more energy-efficient.
With more than two thirds of Vilnius’s multi-apartment buildings built before 1993, this work is essential to improving energy performance and living conditions across the city.
Other One-Stop-Shops attending the session will share their own approaches and lessons learned, creating space for practical exchange and ideas that can be adapted to different local contexts.
What will we explore?
- How can One-Stop-Shops overcome common barriers and adapt successful practices to different local contexts?
- What approaches work best to build trust, engage residents and support collective renovation decisions?
