Put your city in the spotlight!
Deadline to apply for the Covenant of Mayors Europe Awards is extended until September 3 and all signatories are welcome to apply.

The Covenant of Mayors – Europe (CoM – Europe) “City in the Spotlight Awards” are a great opportunity to showcase the progress made and become a reference example for the whole Covenant Community and beyond. As CoM – Europe Supporters and Coordinators, you are welcome to encourage and motivate signatories to apply to this fantastic event and inspire their peers.
Winners will be announced in the Covenant of Mayors – Europe Ceremony and invited to share more about their local actions and strategies. They will have an interview featured in the Covenant of Mayors – Europe newsletter, dedicated articles on the website, and receive year-long extra visibility in the Covenant of Mayors Europe communication channels.
About the event
The 2021 City in the Spotlight will reward three signatories:
- 1 small-sized signatory (<10,000 inhabitants)
- 1 medium-sized signatory (10,000- 250,000 inhabitants)
- 1 large-sized signatory (>250,000 inhabitants)
