This guide explains how new and experienced members can join FEDARENE’s mentoring programme and share knowledge among our community.
New members joining the FEDARENE network have the opportunity to join our Mentoring Programme in order to connect with and learn from existing members, enabling a sense of community.
This document outlines a set of principles for the FEDARENE mentoring programme for new members.
It details the objectives, pairing process, benefits, responsibilities, etc. of each party and includes a checklist to follow.
