Eliška is a passionate advocate for environmental protection, dedicated to creating a more sustainable future. Her work spans diverse range of initiatives, from innovative projects in renewable energy to tangible hands-on conservation work.

She combines research, leadership, and community engagement to tackle environmental challenges, contributing to renewable energy integration, advocacy campaigns, and educational initiatives. Her hands-on approach is evident in peatland restoration and developing agricultural technologies, ensuring a lasting impact.

What sets Eliška apart is her ability to bring together knowledge, creativity, and action to drive systemic change. Whether fighting monoculture, leading climate advocacy, or advancing conservation and renewable energy, she exemplifies a holistic, impactful approach to environmental stewardship.

Creativity and Strategic Vision

Eliška has consistently demonstrated creativity and strategic vision, combining innovative approaches with forward-thinking strategies to tackle environmental challenges. Her ability to identify gaps, develop impactful solutions, and anticipate long-term needs is reflected in her diverse initiatives.

A strong example of her creativity is her local food map project, which began as a personal effort to source sustainable, locally-produced food without relying on large supply chains. Realising a broader need, she developed a user-friendly map categorising local food sources such as milk dispensers, farmers’ markets, and honey producers.

Despite challenges in verifying information, she has compiled hundreds of eco-conscious sources, ensuring high ecological and ethical standards. While still expanding, the project is already strengthening local food networks and reducing environmental impact, with potential for municipal partnerships to support regional food systems.

Beyond this, Eliška applies her strategic vision to research and advocacy. She is committed to addressing monoculture farming and renewable energy development, particularly in post-socialist regions. Her research in agrivoltaics explores how renewable energy can coexist with sustainable agriculture, providing alternatives to biodiversity-harming solar installations. By advocating for small-scale, adaptable applications, she promotes a balanced approach to energy and environmental needs.

Eliška also recognises that innovation alone is not enough—leadership and community engagement are key to achieving lasting change. She has taken an active role in climate advocacy programs, organising educational webinars, awareness campaigns, and collaborative initiatives to empower communities. By ensuring that local participation is at the centre of her work, she effectively bridges grassroots solutions with systemic change. Through projects like the food map, agrivoltaics research, and advocacy efforts, Eliška brings together knowledge, creativity, and action to shape a more sustainable future for communities and ecosystems alike.

Impact

Eliška’s work in climate and energy transition bridges innovation, research, and community action, translating ideas into real-world environmental solutions that also strengthen local economies. She organised a renewable energy webinar that engaged 150+ participants, featuring experts in agrivoltaics, energy policy, and sustainable industrial practices. Hosted in collaboration with The Global Youth Climate Network, FXB International, and Student Energy, the event inspired attendees to implement renewable energy projects, creating a ripple effect beyond her immediate region.

Her local food map project has verified hundreds of local food sources, strengthening regional food systems, reducing dependence on carbon-intensive supply chains, and empowering communities to make sustainable choices. With scalability potential, the project serves as a model for building resilient and sustainable food networks.

Eliška also played a key role in restoring three critical mire habitats in Šumava National Park, improving water retention, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration. Her hands-on approach to conservation demonstrates her commitment to tackling the climate crisis through restoration and ecological resilience.

Leadership

Eliška’s success is reflected in the strong engagement and participation she consistently fosters. Through public events, advocacy programs, and community-driven projects, she creates collaborative spaces where people feel empowered to take action. Her ability to communicate her vision effectively and build partnerships extends her impact beyond her immediate circles, ensuring her initiatives drive long-term, meaningful change.
