Webinar

Changing narratives of energy efficiency in times of energy crisis

Join the Energy Efficiency Watch 4 and Decarb City Pipes 2050 projects for this webinar on the growing prominence of energy efficiency as a solution to present geopolitical and economic crises.

The 12 October 2022 from 13:30 to 15:00 Brussels time

In the context of rising energy prices and unstable supplies, new alternatives such as decarbonised district heating offer great solutions to avoid gas and further decarbonise our energy systems. Energy efficiency and the integration of waste heat and renewables in the systems provide for circular, more affordable, and secure heating and cooling alternatives compared to imported gas and fossil fuels, especially within the challenging geopolitical/economical context. This webinar is organised in the frame of the Energy Efficiency Watch 4 and Decarb City Pipes 2050 projects.

The webinar will take place on the 12th of October 2022.
