FEDARENE teamed up with REGILIENCE to bring a session on stakeholders’ engagement in climate adaptation at the annual European Climate Pact event on 19 March 2025.

FEDARENE invites you to an interactive session on Engaging Stakeholders in Regional Climate Adaptation Action. This event organised as a part of European Climate Pact annual event will explore ways to involve stakeholders in developing and implementing climate adaptation strategies.
The session will open with a keynote speech by a Climate Pact Ambassador, emphasising the significance of stakeholder engagement. This will be followed by key takeaways from EU Mission Adaptation projects, Impetus, Arsinoe, and TransformAr.
A panel discussion featuring experts from the projects will provide regional perspectives on engaging stakeholders from agricultural and urban areas an on conducting citizen surveys. As a conclusion, overarching policy recommendations will be presented to better shape climate-resilient pathways based on project learnings.
This session is designed for policymakers, regional authorities, climate practitioners, and researchers involved in local and regional climate adaptation efforts. Participants will gain practical tools, strategies, and inspiration to mobilize stakeholders effectively.
