Think Globally, Act Systemically: Driving Sustainable Change

This event aims to address the interconnected nature of the world’s challenges by bringing together experts from various disciplines and methodologies, promoting cross-sectoral collaboration. Focusing on climate resilience, human and planetary health, and decarbonization of cities, the event will showcase how system thinking can drive transformational change. The three thematic panels will facilitate the exchange of perspectives and ideas, identifying crucial linkages and potential for collaboration.

As a side event to the International Conference on Sustainable Development (ICSD), which attracts over 2,000 participants from 80+ countries annually, this event will contribute to the momentum created during major sustainable development events in September 2023, such as the UN SDG Summit and the UN General Assembly.

The event will conclude with a networking lunch, providing a valuable opportunity for panelists and participants to connect and foster further collaboration.
