In need of project financing for your region?

Local authorities and energy agencies from 44 eligible countries^[1] can apply to participate in the 3rd capacity-building cycle, either as a mentor or a mentee. Local and regional authorities can submit their applications as mentees from now on until the 14th of April 2023 (registration link). The start of third learning cycle will be in August/September 2023.

The call for mentors will open from the 22nd of May 2023 to the 7th of June 2023.

The application process together with eligibility, selection & matching criteria, the modalities of participation for mentors and mentees, as well as the expected commitment are described in the Guidelines for applicants.
