ManagEnergy is a flagship initiative of the European Commission which supports regional and local energy agencies in the current energy crisis in accelerating sustainable energy investments and in being leaders in the energy transition.
Over the years 2017-2020, the initiative delivered outstanding results, with a unique combination of capacity-building and networking activities, involving one-fourth of the 350 European energy agencies in 25 EU countries.
The 2022-2026 work programme aims to build on these achievements, and further support the role of energy agencies by providing information, know-how, visibility and networking opportunities.
Local and regional energy agencies are in a unique position to facilitate the implementation of sustainable energy projects. Currently, many agencies are facing increased demand for their services and need to deal with new topics and changing policy frameworks.
ManagEnergy is here to support you! It offers capacity building for delivering the energy transition on the ground. It helps your agency boost its impact and strengthen its recognition in your city/region.
