Peer Learning Workshop – Business models and financial tools
BiogasAction partners learned from each other through peer learning activities and thus strengthened their capacities required for the implementation of collaboration models.

The workshop focused on one of the three competence areas proposed by project partners for peer learning activities: Institutional building, business models and financial tools, advanced biogas/biomethane applications.
The activities of the project focusing on business models and financial tools aim at boosting the opportunities for bringing relevant and new business/distribution models into play.
The peer learning workshop provided concrete examples and testimonies from experienced partners, it highlighted local initiatives and needs, it provided information about the tools and methodologies available and allowed project partners to share success factors and transferability conditions based on concrete experiences.
