Check out Plan4CET guidelines for capacity building programmes supporting the Clean Energy Transition

The Clean Energy Transition (CET) demands a broad range of cross-sectoral skills and active community involvement. To address this, PLAN4CET has developed three comprehensive capacity-building programmes tailored for local administrations, private stakeholders, and citizens.

These programmes, detailed in the newly published PLAN4CET Guidelines, will be piloted in three regions: Navarra (Spain), Skåne (Sweden), and Parma Province (Italy). Accompanying the guidelines is a curated collection of best practices from PLAN4CET regions, offering valuable insights to enhance the implementation of capacity-building efforts.
