Sustainable Regions in Action 2022

FEDARENE is thrilled to give you the 2022 edition of our annual publication “Sustainable Regions in Action”.

Every year, our brochure features the important work of local and regional authorities, islands, and their energy agencies at the service of a Green(er) Europe.

In this brochure, you will find an overview of our advocacy activities of the past year and perspectives for the future; editorials from our Vice Presidents highlighting the essential role of energy agencies and regions in our fields of work; the projects and initiatives we are involved in; our working groups; and a selection of our members’ most inspiring projects. These projects are divided into 11 categories, including:

These different categories show the variety of fields FEDARENE members are active in and their broad technical knowledge.

As we celebrated our 30th anniversary in 2021 with lots of achievements and a stronger partnership with the European Institutions, this publication demonstrates that we are aiming higher. We are committed to strengthened collaboration within our network and across Europe, and FEDARENE is already well underway to make our promise happen.
