Ready to submit a nomination? Here’s what you’ll need:
– For Individual Nominations (Longstanding Achievement Award, Youth Leadership Award & Outstanding Achievement Award)
- Nominee Details: Name, current affiliation, and contact information.
- Nominator Details: Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Accomplishments: A summary of the nominee’s achievements and why they deserve the award.
- Recommendation Letters: Two letters from experts or institutions endorsing the nominee (excluding the nominator).
- CV: The nominee’s updated CV.
– For Project Nominations (Innovative Action Award)
- Project Details: Title, implementing organisation(s), and contact information.
- Nominator Details: Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Project Description: An overview of the project’s goals, methods, and results.
- Impact Evidence: Reports, data, or testimonials demonstrating measurable success.
- Support Letters: At least one letter from stakeholders or experts not directly involved in the project, showcasing its impact.
All forms, recommendation letters (for individuals), and support letters (for projects) must be in English. Supporting documents can be in other languages.

Eligibility
To prevent a conflict of interest in the selection procedure, the following eligibility criteria apply:
- For nominations of individuals (Longstanding Achievement Award, Youth Leadership Award & Outstanding Achievement Award):
- Only Individual(s) are nominated, not organisations;
- Self-nominations will not be accepted;
- The nominator should not be employed at (or be a member of) the same organisation as the nominee;
- Members of the Roger Léron Award Jury and their family members are not eligible;
- Jury members cannot rate candidates from their own country.
- For nominations of projects (Innovative Action Award):
- Project developers may nominate their own projects;
- Projects directly involving FEDARENE are not eligible.
