The PROSPECT programme is a learning programme that enables peer-to-peer learning in regional and local authorities in order to finance and implement their sustainable energy and climate action plans. Representatives from local and regional authorities can sign up as mentor or mentee to exchange knowledge and experience on how to apply innovative financing schemes. Each applicant can choose between the five learning modules of PROSPECT (Public Buildings, private Buildings, Transport, Public Lighting, Cross Sectoral) and decide whether to participate in a study visit or the Peer Mentoring programme. Registration is open until 16 February.
