The OÖ Energiesparverband (OÖ ESV) offers over 30 seminars and training courses each year covering subjects in the fields of energy and buildings technologies, energy management, energy efficiency and renewable energy, thus supporting the market introduction of innovative technologies and solutions.

Through its Energy Academy, the OÖ Energiesparverband (OÖ ESV) offers over 30 seminars and training courses each year. Classes cover subjects in the fields of energy and buildings technologies, energy management, energy efficiency and renewable energy, thus supporting the market introduction of innovative technologies and solutions.
The Energy Academy contributes to helping regional stakeholders increase their know-how and keep up with new technologies and latest trends.
Main target groups include people involved with energy issues within businesses, municipalities and institutions. In 2016, over 700 people attended the Energy Academy courses and learnt from the over 70 experts from companies and the public and research sectors who share their expertise and act as trainers.
30 different training seminars were offered in the 2017 programme, including several new topics such as smart meters and energy efficiency, e-mobility for municipalities, energy efficiency in the metal processing industry or efficient summer cooling for residential buildings.
