Biography
Patrick Biard has been FEDARENE’s Deputy Secretary General since 2018. In this role, he leads the development of the network’s business plan and supports its operations.
He is also a member of FEDARENE’s College 4, a group of honorary FEDARENE members who have demonstrated exceptional involvement in the network’s operations.
Patrick was previously the Head of International Affairs at Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Énergie Environnement (AURA-EE) from 2009-2023.
