You are into PV integration in buildings? Then don’t miss this forum!
ePLANET project is about developing a platform to improve the coordination between local authorities and regional governments to optimise the decision-making process, coherence, and consistency of the implementation of energy transition measures in towns and cities. The platform will foster the digitalisation of energy data available in dispersed data sources, of the energy transition measures and the Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs), enabling an ecosystem of data and tools to support decision-making on energy transition. During the development phase, several use cases were explored. In this Stakeholder Forum, we will focus on the use case dedicated to the analysis of the photovoltaïc potential of public buildings. We will first describe ePLANET methodology to estimate the PV potential on a rooftop but also the challenges and lessons learned from EAZK experience. Then, as is the tradition in ePLANET Stakeholder Forums, we will look for inspiration from other stakeholders. We will first get Solar Power Europe insights followed by REGEA experience-sharing on the Zagreb Energy Info Centre development.
