How to engage financial institutions in financing renovation works?
The Transnational Community meetings, organised by EU Peers, serve as pivotal opportunities for Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) practitioners and supporters across Europe to convene and share insights on a variety of topics. The next Transnational Community meeting will be held on 10 September and will address an important aspect of the complex subject of financing in the context of one-stop shops.
Obstacles for homeowners in financing renovation work, also represent a relevant challenge for one-stop shops. The majority of one-stop shops can provide guidance or assistance on available public funding. In our transnational Summer meeting we would like to explore an additional type of service and cooperation: How to engage financial institutions in financing renovation works? What are the benefits and how can a successful collaboration look like?
As an exemplary starting point, EU Peers chose a ‘case’ that is brought in by a one-stop shop. You will discuss this with experts from other one-stop shops, financial institutions, and you, the participants. This will mobilise the collective intelligence of the community as you share experiences and find ways to overcome common obstacles.
