Covenant Supporters Implementation Report 2021

On 21 April, the Covenant of Mayors – Europe stepped up its ambitions towards a fairer and climate-neutral Europe. As a bottom-up movement, the Covenant aims at mobilising everyone to achieve the ambitious goals the Community set for itself.  

Covenant of Mayors – Europe Supporters (regional and local energy and climate agencies, associations of local authorities, NGOs, etc.) play a crucial role in promoting the initiative, offering support to signatories and reinforcing multi-level governance. Thanks to their engagement, they have made the Covenant of Mayors the world’s largest movement for local climate and energy action.
