Sustainable Regions in Action 2021

FEDARENE is proud to present to you the new edition of our annual publication “Sustainable Regions in Action”.

It highlights, as every year, the important work of local and regional authorities, islands, and their energy agencies at the service of a Green(er) Europe.

In this brochure, you will find an overview of our advocacy activities of the past year and perspectives for the future; the projects and initiatives we are involved in; our working groups; and a selection of our members’ most inspiring projects. These projects are divided into 12 categories, including:

These different categories show the variety of fields FEDARENE members invested in and their broad technical knowledge.

As 2020 marked the 30th anniversary of our network, we now look forward to the next 30 years of cooperation. We pledge to remain a key ally for European Institutions and as the following pages will demonstrate, FEDARENE is already well underway to make our promise happen.
