With an academic background in geography and sustainability, Lesly specialises in the area of climate adaptation, supporting the implementation of projects focusing on these areas. She has an educational background in geography and sustainability.
Before joining FEDARENE, Lesly gained extensive experience with international organisations, the private sector, and academia, managing and implementing projects focusing on risk reduction, water, climate, and energy. Originally from Peru, she has worked on environmental projects in both South America and Europe. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
