The Central and Eastern European Energy Efficiency Forum (C4E Forum) 2025 returns for its fifth year, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, experts, and civil society to drive energy efficiency in the region. CROSS Project Session on Financing

A major highlight of C4E Forum 2025 will be the CROSS project‘s dedicated session on financing mechanisms, in which experts will discuss how to unlock investment for large-scale building renovations. The CROSS project is critical to advancing energy efficiency in Croatia, as it establishes and operates a regional one-stop shop (OSS) to assist with the renovation of public sector buildings. The project, which covers four regional and 88 local authorities, offers an all-inclusive service that includes technical, financial, and legal advice, as well as procurement and work quality assurance.
