In this workshop, speakers and participants will show and discuss how the bottom-up governance of the Covenant of Mayors Europe is mobilising thousands of cities committing to ambitious targets and taking local climate and energy action.
The workshop will build on outstanding and replicable supporting models of Covenant Territorial Coordinators (regions) from different EU countries, on how they are mobilising cities, providing capacity-building support and access to funding opportunities to drive and accelerate the energy and climate transition in Europe.
