Implementing climate resilience in vulnerable regions
After conducting a need survey covering the 50 most vulnerable regions in the EU, the 7 following regions have confirmed their participation in the project. Three of them are FEDARENE members.
- Madeira (Portugal) – FEDARENE member: Madeira Regional Agency for Energy and Environment (AREAM)
- La Réunion (France) – FEDARENE member: Horizon Réunion
- Yuzhen tsentralen (Bulgaria) – FEDARENE member: Plovdiv Energy Agency (EAP)
- Comunitat Valenciana (Spain)

These regions will be matched with Innovation Package projects and participate in different activities such as citizen surveys, the development, and testing of an indicator set for regional resilience but also capacity-building activities.
